Hello. I attempted to apply the charge limiter on the Acer Care Center, but it isn't available for my laptop model. Is there another method to restrict the battery charge to 80%? I'm just looking to prolong its lifespan. Also, would it work for my cell phone? Thanks!

Limiting laptop charging depends on the model. There's no universal way to do it. Same with your phone (if it has it, it should be in the battery section of your Settings). Basically, either it has it or it doesn't.
Keep in mind the
most
important thing about battery health isn't state of charge. It's temperature. A hot battery is going to die quicker than one that's been sitting at 100% all the time.
