I faced several problems and decided to upgrade. My friend sold his old laptop and gave me the Lenovo Legion S7 15ARH5. After some display problems, he followed a guide to disable the display drivers, which stopped the screen and external screens from showing. Although the main system still works by playing the Windows startup sound, I can’t access the BIOS because nothing appears. I’m unsure what to do next and don’t know how to force a BIOS reset. Is there a way to reset the BIOS on a laptop?

Turning off a Windows driver won't impact the BIOS since it doesn't rely on OS drivers... It seems you might have mistyped the key or moved too quickly to reach BIOS settings.

I believe the issue might be with the screen itself, but I’m unsure. Can you find out if it’s possible to connect a laptop to an external monitor through BIOS settings?

Start the machine using the NOVO button (One Key Recovery) instead of the power switch. https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/produ...on-ideapad If the system appears running Windows with an external display connected, press Windows key +P or keep the FN key +F7 pressed (the icon should resemble two monitors) to switch between laptop and external screen. If this doesn<|pad|>, press FN key +R to adjust resolution. Once in BIOS, change settings to Defaults. If issues persist, try resetting CMOS, removing the battery, disconnecting it for 15 minutes, then reinserting and powering on with NOVO. For BIOS updates, refer to the provided guide: https://github.com/nonkerdoob/SmokelessC..._CRISIS.md
