I finally located the problem! It's the PSU! I connected an older one and it started working! No picture available.
Ensure your monitor is connected to the rear of the graphics card. Since the Ryzen 5700X lacks an integrated GPU, the DVI and HDMI connections on the motherboard are irrelevant. Verify that the ATX 24-pin and EPS 8-pin power cables are properly attached—both ends of the power supply and the motherboard. The BIOS should display a "Gigabyte" splash screen and allow access to the BIOS settings. If you don’t have an operating system installed on any storage device, you won’t be able to boot.
I have an ssd with windows plugged in and i double checked everything and still no display.
Held for half an hour with nothing. I believe I’ll have to return everything now.
