I was just performing a case transplant. That’s what it was meant to do… now I’m dealing with a mess… every time I try to install my GPU. It doesn’t get power. I’ve checked every slot. With and without the riser cable. The board lights up (accent lights for the power switch) when the GPU is unplugged, but plugging it in gives no power at all. Specifications: Mobo: Aorus X670E Extreme CPU: 7950X GPU: MSI Suprim 4090 Liquid X PSU: Corsair RM 1200e & Thermaltake 1200 (tried two, thought it was the PSU first). I’m stuck… I haven’t seen anything like this fixed before. It turns out the two leads from the radiator can’t be connected separately, or it will short and stop the card from working.
