The contact pad is absent from the top, positioned near the middle finger. The CPU appears damaged.
Attempted to reset CMOS. Have you tried booting from a bare die?
I attempted to clear CMOS by removing the battery, then reinstalled it, and tried to start the system. The CPU didn’t heat up until it reached operating temperature, and I used a finger to apply pressure until it was hot.
