Erase the CMOS and reset the undervoltage, if successful then it was just unstable.

adjusted the voltage back to 1.32 and turned on XMP settings, which restored the RAM performance to its normal speed. During C20 testing at 90°C, the application crashed near completion. I used Intel's utility and ran a stress test—it succeeded smoothly at 78°C afterward. When I retested at C20 again, the system crashed completely without a BSOD.

Reset the CMOS. Reinstall the cooler and reapply thermal paste. A 1.32 should not lead to thermal throttling. Turn off xmp and docp before testing again.

At 90c the processor is likely to start throttling. Regardless, reset the CMOS and give it a try (excluding undervolt or XMP settings).
