I don’t have much information about my hardware details or the BIOS version. All I know is this setup: an RTX 2060 Super with a Ryzen 7 5700x, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and an upgraded H100 water cooler. The GPU fans are spinning during boot, but the RTX 2060S doesn’t power on and shuts off after about fifteen seconds. I’ve tried clearing files and confirmed the RAM is installed properly. I removed the graphics card and replaced it one at a time, but it still powers on and off every fifteen seconds. Maybe swapping in an older CPU and updating the BIOS would help? I think I’ll watch more YouTube tutorials for a few days until I understand PCs better.

Don't worry, it seems clear what's going on. The system won't start unless the CPU fan is connected to the fan header. Just connect one or both of the AIO fans there, and everything should work!

If this doesn't work, I'd install the older CPU and update the BIOS. For future attempts, verify your existing BIOS version and consult the manufacturer for compatibility details to determine if a BIOS upgrade is needed. If unsuccessful, simplify your system by removing unnecessary components like extra RAM modules, boot drives, or add-in cards.

Also verified if the motherboard matches the CPU requirements. Faced a similar problem where an outdated BIOS was required after upgrading to a new processor.

That appears to be a legacy system, probably requiring a BIOS upgrade, particularly for models like the B450 or earlier.

It seems to resemble an Asrock B450M Pro4 and definitely requires AGESA 1.2.0.6 for proper CPU support. To avoid Beta versions, this is the recommended option.

I installed the old CPU, and now the graphics card is lighting up but keeps turning off and on after about 15 seconds. Trying to delete files didn't help gain access. I'm wondering if the new cooler isn't making proper contact with the CPU? Not sure what else to try.
