Hey there, I'm trying to set my CPU Athlon X4 645 at 3.1GHz and got a reading of 3364GHz. I want to know if I can get even higher speeds but it crashes when I try lower voltages like 3.4GHz. My BIOS supports voltages from 1.35V to 1.375V, then 1.5V. Can I use 1.5V and is it safe? I have the motherboard info and the CPU details ready. Thanks.

1.4v is the maximum suggested voltage, but using a cooler would make it acceptable to increase motherboard limits, of course.
