Hi everyone, here are the details of my new gaming PC setup: CPU - Intel Core i7 13700K, GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, AIO - MSI MAG Coreliquid 240r v2, Motherboard - ASUS Z790-Plus WiFi D4, PSU - NZXT C850 (2022), RAM - two 16GB DDR4 sticks, 1TB NVMe SSD for OS, 1TB SATA SSD for storage, Case - Corsair iCue 4000X RGB with three front fans and one back fan. I've installed everything and checked everything, but I keep seeing a red LED during boot. Sometimes Windows works fine without any issues, other times I get a black screen. I've tried reseating the CPU, RAM, and replacing all connectors, but nothing seems to fix the problem. The BIOS is at version 1002, and I've updated the motherboard drivers. Can someone help me resolve this?

Attempting a single RAM stick can cause problems; ensure it's set to the default configuration. If both sticks fail, the motherboard might be the issue. The specific red LED indicating the problem will vary depending on your system.

I attempted to swap the RAM sticks but encountered no success (XMP profiles not enabled). The CPU red LED is the only indicator I see. Since the GPU hasn't been installed yet, it's possible the motherboard requires it. Restarting the PC still causes it to remain in POST without progressing. I don’t think the CPU is the issue—its presence is confirmed in BIOS. It does boot into Windows occasionally and shows system details, suggesting a hardware problem. Installing the GPU didn’t resolve the situation.
