Is this normal? Your PC is currently idle with a PCH temperature of 65°C. It’s safe to play games at this level, but temperatures will rise significantly during gameplay.

PCH operates more when gaming lightly, though much of its function isn't tied to that. It manages USB ports, SATA drives, I/O, possibly lower PCIe slots, etc. Gaming could slightly raise temperatures, but it stays safe. The 65C might run a bit warm, which is normal since the PCH is naturally cooled. In short, don't be concerned.
