The issue is clearly described. All recent drivers and BIOS updates have been applied. (Windows 10 64-bit) No detection at any stage, whether OS or hardware. The installation process also failed to recognize it. I've tested several drives—both with and without the operating system—and still nothing. Reached out to Asus, who advised returning the product for an RMA. I originally purchased it second-hand from eBay two years ago and mentioned that in my initial email. Now I’m unsure what to do next. Instead of trying repairs, I’m considering upgrading with more RAM, a new GPU, and an SSD, as I don’t have funds left for a replacement board. Using it for work at home is essential, so I really need help. Thanks for your assistance.
