System: Asus X79 Rampage IV Black Edition features a TPM socket with read capability. Intel Xeon 2690 V2 supports Ivy Bridge architecture. Microcode has been updated to the latest version. This board may still encounter CPU-related issues despite TPM support, but Microsoft might allow modern microcode processors.

Normal motherboards include an area to activate the TPM, eliminating the need for a socket.

Windows not supporting doesn't mean your device is useless. After 2025, Linux will keep it running forever.

Reviewed all sections in the BIOS but couldn't locate Bios Version Latest. Likely Intel Xeon 2690 V2 lacks a TPM build.
