I aim to enhance the CPU and plan to get the AMD 5800x. While I’m not a big overclocker anymore, I’d like some flexibility. My current 2700 at 3.9ghz works, but now it’s time to push it a bit further. I do light gaming and astronomy image processing, which benefits from the 16 threads. I’m evaluating this motherboard—looks like a solid budget x570 based on reviews. I’m curious about the pros and cons of pairing it with a 5000 series CPU. Other options are welcome too.
