I'm experiencing some problems with my RAM. It's a brand new build from a few days ago, and after turning on the DOCP everything seemed okay. However, I noticed slow speeds and high latency (4400MHz 19-19-19-39). I tried running it at 3800MHz CL34 at 1.37V to stabilize it, but it failed and I had to clean the CMOS. Now I can't even power on the DOCP anymore—I get a blue screen immediately. The sticks work fine at 2133MHz, though this is on an ASUS X570 TUF with the latest BIOS.
Many AMD CPUs struggle with memory speeds over 4000MHz. The relationship between memory speed and clock frequency isn't always perfect, so you might still face issues even after adjustments.
High frequencies above 3600Mhz aren't practical with Zen 2. You might reach around 3800Mhz, but that needs stable overclocking of the FCLK which rarely works consistently. CPU speed is 3700x with 4400MHz RAM, but at 2133MHz it achieved 163fps in the benchmark R15 Docp 4400MHz and 180fps.
