I own an ASUS Prime X570-Pro motherboard and have a 500GB M.2 drive set as my main boot device. When I connect my hard drive, it fails to appear anywhere—both in the system tray and in the BIOS settings. I'm trying to figure out what's going on.

When using Sata6 ports (gray), they need to be activated in the BIOS. Access the Advanced/SataConfiguration menu.

I didn’t notice anything about the computer stuff, but I took a look and what you mentioned isn’t showing up. The CT500 is the storage drive in my M.2 slot.

Consider disabling certain SATA connections when employing the M.2 interface. Experiment with alternative SATA ports.

I've tested all six options yet—still no results. Are there any final steps to verify if the SATA ports are malfunctioning?

I guess try a different drive, but from the sounds of it.... you don't have a spare laying around.

Yeah, I'm sorry for that. It seems the Board should be replaced with a warranty (RMA).
