This problem has been bothering me for a while—even with a running Raspi that uses cron to wake my PC before I arrive home. The error messages appear in Windows (10 22H2), Ubuntu Live USB, and the monitor's built-in menu. On the monitor's "no input" screen, BIOS or startup splash doesn't show anything. I've tried various cables, different GPUs, and even another computer. The lines keep showing up after booting, and I don't want to replace my monitor.
