It appears the GPU is not functioning properly. Is this a recent purchase?

Yes, everything is brand new. Initially I wondered if it might be non-functional, but once it posted and showed the bios without any problems, it worked fine. However, it didn’t post properly after I placed it in the case.

I've repositioned it in the identical PCI slot multiple times; I'm attempting to fit it into the lower slot, but I'd have to remove everything from the case since the GPU won't fit.

Have you tried resetting the CMOS?

Sure, I did that too, by removing the battery from the motherboard.

I would consider using a different GPU at this moment.

So I'm not sure how this happened, but I managed to post it again on the test bench. The bottom PCIe port was functioning properly, and I was able to post and update the BIOS. After setting the PCIe 16x to GEN1 so the first slot worked, I placed my GPU and it operated well multiple times. However, when I put it back in the case, the white LED reappeared and posting stopped. Still need assistance.
