I have two 8GB DDR4 3600 MHz RAM sticks on the motherboard. Refer to the photo. XMP is configured at 3600, but the SPD data and JEDEC specify 2666 MHz. Could you clarify so it displays 3600? Also, is the system running in medium A2 or B2?

The memory operates at 3600MHz as expected. JEDEC isn't involved in XMP; it's the standard used for DRAM. Each RAM package supports JEDEC speeds, which are included in every SPD. Additionally, the SPD features XMP version 1, displaying your 3600MHz performance and timing for that configuration.
