Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Plus (Wi-fi) - no ads
Hello everyone, I'm setting up my first PC and using an Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Plus with Wi-Fi. I just started booting and ran into some problems. At first, the RGB lights on the GPU, RAM, CPU cooler, and motherboard lit up, fans spun, but the VGA and BOOT LEDs stayed on and the build didn’t save. After taking out my GPU and trying again (only the white LED appeared), I put it back in. Now the board cycles through all the LEDs and then turns them off after a few seconds—still no graphics output via HDMI or DisplayPort. I’ve tried removing RAM, checking connections, and everything seems fine. Any advice on what to do next? For reference, here’s my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/MdVJwh
Tried another PCI-e port but faced the same problem. No other graphics card available for testing. Also observed the GPU fans aren’t turning, though the RGB stays active. Unclear if this indicates an issue, since I’m aware my GPU turns off fans when it’s warm.
It looks like a possible DOA card. I’d check if you have a relative or acquaintance you can swap with to test compatibility.
