It seems your GPU might be faulty. Check all the connections to rule out the problem. If no solution appears, consider sending it to RMA and using your existing GPU temporarily.

Start with your previous GPU and update the drivers for the 6800xt. Many users reported similar problems.

I tested the drivers, but they still didn’t function. It seems I’ll need to return the GPU now.

Arrived quite late to the discussion, probably because there were no new updates. From the Tuf 6800xt, I noticed the GPU BIOS isn’t posting, which leads to the white LED flashing or causing a boot loop. It seems the device has two BIOS modes—P Mode and Q Mode. I was thinking about switching between them if needed.
