Improved VRM design, enhanced heatsink, Ryzen3000 comes fully assembled, and larger BIOS ROM for improved future compatibility with upcoming CPU models. Wouldn't these be compelling reasons to purchase it? : ) Another point: better BIOS, simpler navigation, more user-friendly. No need to buy the TUF-board.
