Hi, I've got an Asus A17 2022 with the 6800h 3070, running Windows 11, IG-PUGA, GPU, CPU, and chipset drivers all up to date. My Dell S3220DGF works fine with its simple software—on a MSI Ge73 8RF using Windows 10, the monitor connects properly. When I plug in the HDMI cable, the laptop screen slightly shrinks (normal for external displays), and I hear a sound alert. The Dell app shows it's connected via HDMI, but I only see a black screen. If I unplug it, the sound still comes, and the display says "No HDMI 1 Cable"—it enters power save mode in about four minutes. When I plug it back in, the image shrinks again, the alert appears, and the screen shows "No HDMI 1 signal" followed by more black screen issues. After turning on the laptop, I notice strange artifacts on the monitor before Windows loads, then a complete black screen again. Is the HDMI port damaged? My laptop includes a MUX switch, and I've tried toggling IG-PUGA on/off. The monitor reports it couldn't find another display. I'm stuck—any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
