Hello, I purchased a brand new gaming laptop as advertised. The specifications are AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS, 16GB DDR5 RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 with 8GB memory at 140W. UserBenchmark scores can be found here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/69247842. I installed all the latest drivers and updated the BIOS, yet gaming performance remains disappointing. For instance, Metro Exodus at high settings without the RTX still achieves over 80 FPS consistently, but the screen often tears or stutters around 30 FPS despite my expectations. Kingdom Come Deliverance also runs smoothly at high settings, maintaining steady 70+ FPS, though it appears sluggish at around 40 FPS and stutters noticeably. I attempted Elden Ring in high detail as well; it never drops below 70 FPS but looks poor. I’ve tried everything possible—reinstalled Windows, followed all online tips—but nothing resolved the issue. I’m reaching out here before returning the device, hoping someone can assist me.
