Your setup looks stable so far. You mentioned having two VGA and boot LED lights, but no onboard video or display. Power is present, and the ASUS site driver download didn’t help. The BIOS flash board you’re using is ASUS Strix B-550-F with a Ryzen 7 5800X3D and MSI Ventus 3x 3060. Consider checking the motherboard manual for power connections and LED functions, and ensure the GPU drivers are up to date.

Connect the display cable to the GPU outputs instead of the motherboard ones. Verify the PCIe power connector is securely attached to the card from your power source, and ensure the cable fits correctly with the GPU. The boot LED will illuminate during installation, so you can focus on that now.

I own two 2.2-inch SSDs, one running Windows 10 with Steam pre-installed. The existing cable supports PCIe and is properly seated in the matching PSU slot as described in the manual.

These lighting components are primarily designed to enhance appearance rather than serve functional purposes.

It matches the manual containing the troubleshooting instructions; there’s no flashing observed, and the screen remains blank in any way. The "Q-LEDs" are particularly relevant.

Check the connection: the display cable plugs into the GPU outputs or the motherboard's I/O ports via USB.

I don’t possess display cables; I only have HDMI. They were connected to the GPU, just to be sure. The outcome was identical.

The 5800X3D lacks built-in graphics support, which means it won't function properly.

I wasn't referring to Display Port specifically. I meant any connection cable used for displays, such as HDMI, DP, etc.
