I understand "destroy" isn't the best choice. Asus making such statements publicly could encourage Ubisoft to reconsider their stance.

Asus is making fun of Ubisoft because ACU struggles with frame rate issues, while G-Sync can fix them. This gives Asus a chance to promote their monitor. On the flip side, it's a good offer if you think the game is worth around $60—about a 10% discount if you buy ACU anyway. -Captain flies away
