After turning on the PC, a loud noise occurred and it wouldn’t reboot, so I replaced the header. Eventually, the board was destroyed (a rog strix model). It turned out to be a 10/11 generation after replacement. The ASUS ROG Maximus XII Hero (WiFi 6) LGA 1200 ATX Gaming Board was used. I also swapped the RAM, as the boot codes indicated issues. It seems the ARGB wasn't connected correctly—it's missing a pin in the connector, preventing it from fitting into the 12V port. Did you connect the CPU power cable to the PCIe slot on the PSU? Those appear to be cable mod cables. Try using the original power cables.
I didn’t connect anything to the 12-volt port, and I keep my motherboard and CPU cables plugged in so it’s not feasible.
