You’ll likely end up with a better value for your budget by choosing that option, the X670E-F offers more features than boards like the B650E Taichi Lite and even the B650E-E Strix, which are pricier but lack some capabilities. The main benefit of the X670E-F is its support for ECLK overclocking on X3D chips, though in practice this usually only adds a few percent performance gain—rarely enough to justify the cost. If the board is struggling with power delivery or internal components, it’s probably due to poor design rather than the BIOS update itself.

Hello, I'm facing the same issue with my Asus Crosshair x670e Hero motherboard. I've already contacted customer support, but I'm now doing some independent research about this problem. From what I've observed, the noise seems to come from under the heatsink where the chips are placed. I haven't found a specific part that produces that sound, so I've tried touching it to check if it changes the vibration frequency. It's still unclear exactly where the noise is coming from, but I suspect it might be related to the chip itself. Additionally, I believe the broken thermal pad on my motherboard could be contributing to the problem. I plan to replace the thermal pads under the heatsink and see if that helps. By the way, a fallen piece of the thermal pad from when I first installed the board caught my attention earlier.
