I set up my ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F gaming Wi-Fi but can't see any network connections. The drivers are tricky to install and don’t provide clear guidance on what’s wrong. Both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings aren’t appearing anywhere. I need some assistance with this issue.

Created an account to address the issue. The drivers listed on the Asus website are incorrect—they provide Intel drivers, but your motherboard requires Mediatek drivers. Try searching for Mediatek Bluetooth or Mediatek Wi-Fi drivers and install them; it should resolve the problem.
