Once you've cleared out any non-essential parts, restart and verify if the error persists. Ensure no overclocking is active; simply remove anything unnecessary to isolate the problem. If it functions afterward, the removed item is likely the cause. After starting the system, look for a BIOS update.

My setup: power supply is dark power pro 11 650W, RAM is Corsair 32 GB 3000 CL15 CMK32GX4M2B3000C15, motherboard is ROG STRIX X570-E, GPU is XFX AMD Radeon RX580, CPU is AMD Ryzen7 3700X. Error code 90 appears with white lights on, and the screen stays black after initial boot. No post-boot access. I've changed memory several times, tried different RAM banks, various graphics cards (including ATI Radeon 5850) and slots, but nothing worked. I'm already in touch with ASUS support—they're very helpful, though I still don't have a clear solution. Any additional suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
I think the problem was with my graphics card because the white debug light was pointing at the video output. I recommended changing the display connection to test if it would fix the issue. I no longer had this memory card, so I sent it back and received the MSI x570 MEG Unify. I didn’t learn about the white LED until after I returned the board.
