Hello everyone, this morning I pressed the power button on my PC and the fans began to spin, the storage drive started making a humming sound, and the monitor detected the DisplayPort signal as usual. After waiting about a minute, I noticed something was off. I turned the power button on top of the machine, and it shut down instantly. After work, I started troubleshooting. While doing so, I observed that the boot light remained lit. I’m unable to reach BIOS or the boot screen. I’ve tried these steps: 1. Replace CMOS battery. 2. Bridge the Clear CMOS pins. 3. Re-seat the GPU. 4. Boot without any drives connected. 5. Hold down delete/F12 while starting. 6. Use HDMI and DisplayPort on the GPU. 7. Connect DisplayPort to the motherboard. 8. Power on with one stick of RAM removed. 9. Let it sit for a while while still on. I’m running out of ideas. Everything has been functioning for roughly 6 to 8 months (the same length as my motherboard, GPU, and RAM). From what I see, the problem might be with the motherboard itself, but I can’t confirm it. Have others faced this issue or a similar one? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to resolve this so I can use my PC for work instead of my laptop (and gaming). Component List: Motherboard – Asus ROG Strix B550-F; CPU – AMD Ryzen 7 5800X; GPU – MSI Radeon 6800XT; RAM – 32GB G.SKILL Trident Z 3200MHz; Storage – 500GB Samsung 850, 2TB Western Digital Blue HDD; PSU – Corsair RM750X
