The ITX Mobo with two M.2 slots might limit the number of PCIe lanes available. Adding another M.2 SSD could reduce the available lanes to just one, which may affect your GPU performance. This happens because the controller manages bandwidth sharing among devices.

It's really slow. That's the main issue. The fact that PCIe bandwidth is being cut means the GPU is getting direct access from the CPU, similar to how the first M.2 slot works.
