With adequate airflow, everything should work well. You can track the VRM temperatures after setting up and starting the system.

It's really impressive how many PSUs fit in here. No problems with the custom loop setup. The x3 water coolers are still working fine—though one is overheating. I've built several setups with this kind of hardware before. Before this, I used an Antec 900.

Hey, I'm from the same time period (probably Gen X). You don't really need to keep things cool in the VRMs, maybe check out the Maximus Apex or Hero. And definitely use fast memory. What are you after? The 9900K/KS?
