Help My Rampage IV extreme is not posting and I need Q-code B5. I've checked reseating the CPU, RAM, and reinstalling the graphics card. It's an ASUS Rampage IV Extreme with Intel i-7 3930K, 32GB PNY XLR8 RAM, a Radeon HD 6450, and Corsair AX1200i. The manual mentions PCI bus hotplug.

Have you experimented with another GPU? Are there additional PCIe peripherals available?

I'll attempt using a different GPU. However, it failed without one.

Since 3930k lacks built-in graphics, it's reasonable to assume this limitation exists.

The computer functioned properly prior to modifying the RAM types.

The previous setup didn’t succeed. You mentioned a different GPU and checked the old RAM installation. Are there additional PCIe peripherals connected?

I also used the older RAM. No other PCIe devices available.
