Asus R9 390 WERID OC features a clock speed of 1070MHZ and memory frequency at 1950MHz.
I installed my R9 390 on stock voltage (1055-1109mV). I achieved 1070MHz on the GPU clock with no artifacts in MSI Kombusor and Unigine Heaven tests.
Is this realistic or is there an issue?

Tom has a 1090MHz core and 1625MHz memory at...1013mV(?)
In that regard, your 1950MHz memory seems like a lucky find.
Have you tried using F@H?
That's the software I use for GPU OC stability testing. It's much more demanding than Kombustor, Furmark, or Unigine. If it takes you two hours, it should be reliable, but I run it for 24 hours to verify my final settings. It actually helps detect faulty system RAM faster than Prime95 or Memtest as well. Double duty!

Have you attempted running F@H?
It's my preferred tool for GPU OC stability testing. It's much more demanding than Kombustor, Furmark, or Unigine. If it takes about two hours, it should be very reliable, but I run it for 24 hours to verify the final settings. It actually helps more in finding bad system RAM than Prime95 or Memtest.
I'll let you know once I've tried it.
When the GPU settings fail in F@H, AMD Settings simply restarts everything to Auto and keeps folding. This is the only method to verify if your settings function properly, so consider keeping GPUz active to track performance.
