Your motherboard doesn't allow BIOS flashing during a full boot. This might be a new board, and I can't identify the exact model or CPU. Check if your chipset supports the CPU without a BIOS update.

The motherboard is called the "X570" and you can check its specifications using online tools without powering it up fully.
