I managed to resolve the issue by checking the same board with the processor, but the problem still persists.

Im not sure why there is no conclusion about motherboard error codes (beeps). I plugged in a speaker to the speaker header and it beeps just fine. There is no included speaker on the motherboard.

I know this is one year old post but I wonder if a fix have been found. I’ve been experienced the same problems but with a board that worked for almost a year. I just changed the psu because the old one been acting up or I think it was that..now I think it’s the mobo since I don’t get a beep or anything from it with no rams or gpu inside

This was really fun from earlier. Notice the RGB lights on the board? Also, without a built-in speaker or one connected, you won’t get any sound. If there’s no debug LED, it means the board is skipping over the missing parts.

What components are installed? If it isn't everything then you're not gonna get anything past RGB lights.

I took everything out since it no longer powers on, leaving just the processor and CPU cooler. Is this likely a power supply problem? (the RGB lights are still working). Thank you!

It seems you're facing issues with troubleshooting. You might want to begin a separate thread explaining the behavior and your attempts so far. Powering on without all parts installed isn't effective, and without a debug indicator or code it's hard to diagnose the problem.
