Are there any problems with the RAM on these boards? I’ve been experiencing some difficulties with my new build, and after checking forums, I think I’ve figured out what’s going on. My 3200Mhz Ballistix RAM isn’t listed on the QVL for my Asus Prime X370 motherboard, but the motherboard itself is confirmed on a reliable site. Initially it worked with XMP at 3200, but recently I started facing random crashes where the system would crash after a short session and then shut down completely. The case fans and LEDs stayed on, but no display or sound appeared. I tried swapping the HDMI cable from the graphics card to the motherboard, but that didn’t help consistently—though it did occasionally work about five times in the past week. I’ve updated all chipset drivers and installed the latest BIOS, yet the issue persists. The manufacturer’s default RAM speed is 2400Mhz, which matches what the BIOS set by default. Could it be that I’m using a lower speed than recommended? Or would upgrading the motherboard to support higher speeds be necessary? My setup includes a Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB of Crucial Ballistix RAM, an Asus Prime X370 PRO motherboard, and other components like a 7200 RPM NVMe SSD, a 256GB NVMe SSD, a 550W 80 Plus Bronze PSU, and a Corsair Carbide Spec02 case.

Well... now that you bring it up... Value RAM is a solid choice. I expect the standard to be around 2133, possibly a bit higher.

This claim isn't accurate. The essential component might actually be the most affordable option compared to B-dies. You're confusing the information—there are frequencies above 3800Mhz with these parts, and they generally perform well with Ryzen. @KingPete12 I'd start with A2B2 slots after a BIOS reset. If factory XMP isn't effective, adjust timings manually or tweak other settings.
