ASUS PRIME B450M-A II with orange lighting and a video card lacking signal
Yesterday the components for assembling my PC arrived. However, I couldn't complete the build. Near the PCIe slot an orange light appeared depending on whether the graphics card was mounted or removed, and it started beeping slowly. Even though the card powers on and the fans spin, no signal reaches my monitor. I've confirmed the monitor is in the correct display channel and checked the motherboard for damage, tested the card itself, but the orange light persists, preventing me from finishing this first build. Sorry for the confusion.
Specs: Processor – AMD Ryzen 4500 4.1GHz 6 cores; Graphics – Powercolor Radeon RX6600 with 8GB; RAM – 2GB XPG Gammix D10 at 3200MHz; Motherboard – ASUS PRIME B450M-A II; PSU – 500W Aerocool Cylon 80 Plus Bronze.
It seems the B450M-A II includes a BIOS flashback feature. Have you confirmed your motherboard supports a BIOS version compatible with the Ryzen 5 4500? The LED might suggest a PCIe connection, but it could point to another problem.
