Hi, your friend seems to have some issues with his PC after upgrading the CPU. The new one is running fans and RGB but nothing appears on the screen, including the boot menu. With the old CPU, the system gets stuck in a loop and shuts down repeatedly. Could you suggest possible solutions or check if there are any BIOS updates? Thanks for your help!

From a Ryzen 3 3200G to a 5,560X I also mentioned this, but he can't even upgrade his BIOS because his motherboard doesn’t allow flashing external BIOS and won’t even boot the old CPU anymore, which worked perfectly before.

Reset the BIOS to the board's original settings and confirm you're using the previous chip. Remove the tiny battery for roughly two minutes, then either reinstall it or use the manufacturer's instructions to reset the BIOS. Since the old chip remains inside, you'll need to upgrade the board's BIOS—this is likely a compatibility issue with the new chip, so update the board's BIOS before installing the new one. Once updated and the system is ready, swap the chips and test again.

I asked him to do it already, just waiting a little for the BIOS to restart. I’ll come back and let you know if it worked.
