Attempted the fix but results remained the same… cleaned the HD7770 and it functioned better, but once I started working on the CPU cleaning things got problematic. The person offering it seemed more interested in selling than helping.

Confirm the composition to ensure it's a liquid metal, not standard thermal paste.

The exciting aspect is that this individual applied multiple types, including thermal paste, with varying colors—white, gray, and liquid metal—as well.

While I was wiping down the CPU, I kept discovering tiny spheres of liquid metal, so I cleaned them up—but it didn’t work.

I completed the fix, thoroughly cleaned the CPU socket, applied some liquid, and gently brushed it over. By the end of the day, I was free from any liquid metal residue. At the end, I noticed one RAM slot still had a lot inside, so I tested the PC with just one RAM stick—boom, it worked!
