I recently installed new parts for my PC (CPU, RAM, M.2 slot, SATA drives) and assembled everything. When I powered it on, the fans started spinning but there was no display or USB connection. The USB ports provided power but didn’t transmit data—my Xbox controller works fine, yet my keyboard doesn’t. I’ve tried several fixes: reseating RAM, clearing BIOS, removing CMOS battery, seating CPU without any other components, and even flashing the BIOS. I’m not sure which will help and am considering giving up on these parts. Specs: CPU i3-101050f, 10th gen M.2 ASUS Prime H570 plus GPU RX580, 16GB RAM, 2x 125GB SanDisk SSDs, 1x 256GB Western Digital PCIE M.2, PSU Evga Supernova G3 750W, CPU cooler Gamidas Chione P2 360R, AIO case Lian Li Lan, RGB lighting.

Have you also unplugged all USB connectors and LEDs, except for the CPU and RAM? I’d start by connecting only the power button and the necessary cables (CPU power, ATX power, GPU power). It’s possible the HDD LED and reset switch connections are faulty. A BIOS update might not be needed at this stage. The 10th generation CPU should work fine as it was released initially. If you enter BIOS and see anything on the screen, a BIOS update is advisable. Could you share a photo of your setup? That would help us identify any issues.
