That’s the impression I had, though I can’t find any Q code references for those options. The available choices on the tab appear to be ROG Pulse onboard LED and supremeFX Lighting LED.

Upon further examination, it seems the specific mb function isn't available. Consider utilizing the mb utility within the window.

I checked the drivers again and found a tool for Windows 7 that works with the motherboard. It isn’t visible in Windows 10 driver lists. I’ll attempt to install it on Windows 10. Thank you for your support!
