Anyone else getting the run-around from Amazon on the ASUS black ops promotion? I purchased a qualifying motherboard and Amazon says they don't know anything about this promotion?
When contacting ASUS their response was that the retail participant will provide me with the ASUS access code to use on the promo website.

Not really. Large retailers like Amazon don't have knowledge of every product. It's Asus's promotion; their site would show eligible items. Purchase the desired products, then as instructed, open the box and retrieve the code from the Thank You card.
Alternatively, this might need some effort from the buyer. It's simpler to point fingers at Amazon than to handle it yourself. Entitled.
You are hilarious.... Entitled my ass. I followed the instructions there was no thank you card inside the box. Do you really think that manufacturers pull all inventory to add promo codes? You're ignorance will be your downfall. I should have received an email from Amazon will the promo code. They work just like any other retailer participating in the promotion.
