Remove the existing virtual disk using get-virtualdisk | remove-virtualdisk. Retrieve the storage pool name with get-storagepool. Then create a new virtual disk via new-virtualdisk with the specified friendly name, resiliency settings, maximum size, and two columns. This setup should deliver optimal performance.
