Adjusted GTA V settings and MSI overdrive are working, but I'm still not satisfied with the FPS. With MSAA at 4x and 45-50 FPS, nothing is visible on screen. What should be the Core and Memory clock offset?

MSAA is quite demanding in GTA V I’ve heard from no one who really uses 4x MSAA in the game, and most benchmarks are set for 2x MSAA, not 4x. Try using 2x MSAA to check the improvement. Also, the extended distance scaling in advanced settings is extremely taxing even on top systems. What about your other specs?

It all comes down to your cooler model, power output, and ASIC quality ("Chip lottery"). Do you already own a factory OC version? I have a 980ti close to 1500mhz, and you should easily reach 1400 with an aftermarket cooler.

Identical to before, the 4xMSAA in that game acts like a black hole for FPS. Stay clear.
