You mean the ROG Strix X570-E Gaming WiFi? There is no " BF 570" motherboard. https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-st...ing-model/ Q-Code A9 means it's just sitting in the BIOS menu. Did you plug your monitor into the back of the GTX 1080Ti, and NOT into the back of the motherboard? Do you get any of the Debug Q-LEDs lighting up?
