Recently received: Mobo: Asus B650E-E Gaming CPU, Ryzen 7, 7800X3D RAM: Corsair Dominator 64GB at 6000MHz (2x32GB). After three days I managed to install one RAM stick in slot B2. I tested both sticks individually in all slots but only one functioned properly in slot B2. It didn’t matter which stick I used, only one worked. Both sticks fit in slot B2. Once the correct stick was installed, I updated the BIOS to version 1813. Using the second stick consistently still triggered error code 15 for about a minute, which then changed to C5. The C5 error persisted until the end of time. Booting with both RAM failed to progress past this error. I’ve tried everything possible to get the system to boot both sticks. I’ve swapped and rearranged them, thought carefully. Anyone else experienced this issue and know the solution? Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your help. Wishing a happy new year to everyone. Stay safe and good luck.

It seems you're experiencing an issue with a dead memory channel. Please bring the board over for a replacement.

Upgrade your CPU and avoid using the cooler, then test performance with dual-channel. The problem might involve the CPU or the motherboard.
