Unable to post and no bios available. When I attempt to boot the PC, the DRAM indicator starts orange before fading, then the red CPU light activates. I understand an update is necessary but can't apply the BIOS. I tried a flashback process, the lights blinked briefly, then after a few seconds it stabilized. All components are powered on: CPU, cooler fans, GPU fans, system fans. Need assistance—I’m really struggling.

You might find a small CPU with Zen 2 architecture (3000 series) available on Amazon, and you could try it out before deciding to return it.
