PROBLEM! !! My machine stops working suddenly. It freezes completely many times each day for weeks, then works fine for a few days. Usually this happens when I leave it unattended, don’t put it to sleep, but just stand up and move around for 2-10 minutes. If I turn it off and use it while still looking at the screen, it rarely occurs. Occasionally I notice the system stalls right after returning and sitting down. Sometimes the computer freezes immediately when I move the mouse after it’s been idle for a few minutes. - Also, I’m experiencing buzzing noises from my USB headset a few times, lasting 2-4 seconds each. - When I insert an SD or USB stick, try moving files and then unplugging it, I can’t access the device again—either restarting or disconnecting the USB hub. Interestingly, the issue remains the same whether the hub is connected directly to the motherboard or not. - My Logitech Pro X Superlight and G915 TKL mice sometimes freeze, stopping input for a second or two before returning to normal. This pattern keeps repeating until I briefly disconnect my keyboard, at which point a Windows sound plays twice. Usually the sound only happens once with a USB device, but the mouse only functions after it’s played twice. - The freezing is definitely the main concern. The screen locks, no input allowed, and animations in games freeze completely. Keyboard and mouse become disconnected from their USB ports. TeamViewer works for remote access, but the PC appears offline. Only a reset button responds. I changed BIOS settings to disable C states, which lasted five days without any freezes—then on the sixth day it started freezing multiple times within hours. - The mouse freezing seems linked to switching between games using alt+tab. - Freezing happens only when the computer is idle or after a short period of use. - I can’t sleep it down properly, and the monitor turns off after a few minutes. It freezes while playing YouTube, but audio stops as soon as the PC freezes. The PUBG menu animations also freeze. Sound plays only once when connecting a USB device, yet the mouse needs two plays to function. - I’ve run memory tests with memtest86, performed a clean Windows install, disabled C states, updated drivers and firmware, checked event logs, reset power plans via cmd, and disabled non-Microsoft services. No clear cause found. - The GPU is an ASUS RTX 3070 Ti, but performance remains inconsistent. I’ve cleaned up drivers from Guru3D.com and followed many troubleshooting steps. Still, the issue persists intermittently.

Initial thought is RAM problems or crashes. How much RAM do you have? Its speed? Have you tried running the PC with just one stick?

Hi, thanks for your message. I haven't tested it on a single stick yet. I've run several memory tests, including the ones shown in the pictures. Would running on just one stick reveal anything that a standard test might miss?

I’ve got identical components—same CPU, motherboard, graphics card, and I’m experiencing the same freezing problem. Have you discovered a fix or at least understood what triggers it?
