The CPU has been showing L1 cache errors in the TrueNAS logs at the same memory location for two days. It previously had issues posting, but a power cycle usually resolved it. This morning, after an unexpected restart from the server, I powered it off and back on from S5 to access the BIOS and update it—no problems afterward. The board emits a beep code indicating no RAM is installed, yet it still fails to post. I've used spare Corsair non-ECC memory sticks in all correct setups, but nothing works. I plan to try again tomorrow using a 3600X board, but your thoughts on whether the motherboard or CPU is the problem?
